Speakeasy, a communication consulting practice, signed a multi-year lease for about 14,000 square feet in Phipps Tower, a new office building at 3438 Peachtree Road in Atlanta, GA.
The 20-story, Class A office building totals 486,000 square feet in the Upper Buckhead submarket. Crescent Resources LLC completed development of the property last month.
